Therapy often focuses on healing the past, treating mental health issues, or working through trauma. Therapists also must adhere to strict structures imposed by the Therapy Board which isn’t always helpful.
My mentorship is different. Our work is done via a genuine relationship with each other. You are not just a case number that fits neatly into a “system” like in traditional therapy and clinics.
We may heal past trauma if needed, but only in service of the bright future we are focused on. We also look at how you're showing up right now — in your relationships, your life, and your emotional awareness.
I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness. I help men, couples, and families live well and connect more deeply with themselves and the people they love most.

I work with single men, men in relationships, couples, and families. Some are focused on repairing or strengthening an existing relationship or family bond. Others are trying to understand why they keep attracting the wrong partners or struggling to find the right one. Wherever you are, the work is about helping you show up more authentically and intentionally in your relational life.
For Men

Yes. I work with men of all ages — from young professionals navigating modern relationships to older men seeking deeper meaning and connection later in life. Many of my older clients find it valuable to work with someone who brings both life experience and a younger, emotionally attuned perspective. As a highly sensitive man, I bring a balance of clarity and emotional depth, helping men step into the version of themselves that best serves their life and partnerships.

If you’re single, the work focuses on helping you break old patterns, reconnect with what you truly want, and prepare you to build a relationship from a place of clarity and self-leadership. I serve as an honest mirror — cutting through confusion and helping you see where you’re getting in your own way, so you can align your actions with what you actually desire.

You’re in the right place. Most men I work with aren’t fluent in emotional awareness and find sharing their emotions challenging when they start. That’s the point of the work. You don’t need to have it all figured out — you just need to be open, curious, and willing to explore.

That’s a good thing — and it’s common. Many of my clients have done therapy, men’s groups, read the books, and still feel like something essential is missing. A lot of popular approaches, even with the best intentions, can unknowingly reinforce outdated patterns of relating that don’t actually create the depth, connection, or leadership you're looking for. My work bridges the gap between intellectual understanding and real-world relational change.
For Couples

Yes. I work with couples who are ready to move out of blame, into collaboration, and build a relationship rooted in presence and honesty. This work isn’t about taking sides or finding fault. It’s about working together to serve the relationship itself — what I call the “we” space — and learning new and effective ways to connect, communicate, and build intimacy.

Yes — and how we begin depends on what will serve the work best. Sometimes it's most effective to start with individual sessions to build trust and create a strong foundation. Other times, it makes sense to begin with both partners together right away. We’ll decide together what makes sense in your free introductory meeting.
For Families

Yes. I work with parents and their children — including adult children — to repair ruptures, rebuild trust, and create clear, respectful communication. Whether the disconnection stems from years of distance, recent conflict, or generational patterns, this work supports each person in showing up with more honesty, empathy, and accountability.

I work with all kinds of families — traditional, blended, chosen, and beyond. This includes father-son relationships, mother-son dynamics, sibling tensions, or intergenerational challenges. The focus isn’t on fitting a mold — it’s on cultivating emotional safety, healthy boundaries, and a deeper sense of connection within whatever form your family takes.

Start with honesty and curiosity. Let them know you care about the relationship and want to find new ways to connect, communicate, or heal. You can frame it as an opportunity to get support — not to fix anyone, but to explore healthier dynamics together. If it feels helpful, I’m happy to support you in crafting that conversation or even speak with a family member directly to answer questions and ease concerns. The free introductory meeting is a great, low-pressure starting point for everyone involved.

Yes — but only women who want help navigating their intimate partnership or family. I help women understand how to better support the men in their lives, practice communication that reduces reactivity, and deepen their understanding of the male experience. As a highly sensitive cis-gendered man, I am particularly equipped for this role.

Yes, and I’m open and honest about my lens as a sensitive cis-gendered man. Our needs for love and connection transcend gender identity, sexual orientation, and relationship structure. I orient to you — your goals, your values, and your vision for your relationships. The work is fully customized, not bound by outdated norms or assumptions.
Logistics

The free introductory meeting is a real conversation — no sales tactics, no pressure. I’ll ask questions to get a clear sense of what’s happening in your life and relationships, where you feel stuck, and what you’re wanting. I’ll also assess if we're a good fit. Either way, you’ll walk away with more clarity about your next step.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust over time as their needs evolve. We check in regularly to reassess and shift the pace or focus as needed. It's normal to move through cycles of deep growth and integration, sometimes taking breaks along the way. You set the pace and stay in charge.

I use a sliding scale based on two factors: your financial situation and your willingness to invest in your personal growth and your relationships. We'll discuss rates together during our free introductory meeting to find an option that feels aligned and sustainable.
